At TIAS we understand that your education is important to you. Your graduate degree is a once-in-a-lifetime investment and therefore you want your degree to really add something relevant to your employability.
Our 1-year graduate degree programmes will start in September 2021 and our goal in the admissions process is to identify and enroll individuals with strong leadership potential. Individuals who will also enhance the diversity in their classroom and can contribute in a positive way to their peer-group.

Academic requirement
Bachelor's degree
English level
- TOEFL iBT min. score: 90
- TOEFL CBT: min score: 292
- IELTS min. score: 6.5
Other diplomas
Solid GMAT score.
Please remember that a high GMAT score does not guarantee admission, just as a low score doesn't preclude admission. We accept students with lower GMAT scores if we believe this can be offset by stronger areas in their profile.
Since we are such a very diverse school, we are keen to see whether you have worked, lived, studied abroad, or worked for an international company.
Our average GMAT score is 620 overall.
Please note: if you want to apply for the MScBA , you can take the TIAS in-house test to replace the GMAT test.
Working experience needed?
- For the MBA you need to have at least 3 years of working experience.
- For the MScMA no working experience is needed

- Proof that the admissions process with the institution has started
- a CV in English
- 2 letters of recommendation

Motivation letter specifically written for OTS: please note that this letter is different from the general motivation letter for the programme as it focuses on the reasons why you think you need to be selected for OTS.
For South African and Mexican students, in addition to the above:
- Copies of degree certificates and transcripts (preferably in English)
- Copy of your English Proficiency result
- Copy of your GMAT result
- Scholarship essay: see below
With the essay (maximum of 500 words) you want to emphasise on your ambitions after you graduate from TIAS but also on your goals while in the programme.
Also state why you believe the TIAS graduate programme will help you achieve your ambitions. Put emphasis on your short-term and long-term post-graduation goals.
You want to make it clear that you're a unique individual, without coming across as self-absorbed, or judgmental. Keep in mind that our goal in the admissions process is to identify and enroll individuals with strong leadership potential who will enhance the diversity in their classroom.
