NFP country list

To be eligible for an NFP fellowship, you must be a national of and working and living in one of the countries listed on this page.

The countries have been classified into two categories. Category I countries are priority countries and will receive more fellowships.

NFP-TMT

Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone have been added to the list of countries for the NFP-TMT modality only. Applications or joint proposals for these countries will have to be in the field of the strengthening of local health systems.

*) Due to the suspension of the Dutch direct support to the central government of the Republic of South Sudan employees from the South Sudanese central government are not eligible for scholarships until further notice.

**) Mongolia will no longer be on the country list from 1 January 2016.

Visa information

Visas and Authorisations for Temporary Stay can no longer be applied for in all countries as Dutch embassies and consulates have closed or will be closing in a number of countries. See an overview of embassies and consulates.
